We invite you to submit an abstract for SEG 2019 on one of the themes below. Sessions will include both technical oral presentations and speed talks. Poster sessions are planned to introduce works in progress, new ideas, and student projects.

Abstract Manager

Short or extended abstracts are submitted and managed using the online Abstract Manager. During submission you may choose to give an oral presentation, present a poster, or either (abstract reviewers will make this decision and determine which presenters should be offered the option to give a Speed Talk). Once submitted, edits may still be made until the closing of submission. Presenters may submit two abstracts as the lead author, although they may be listed as co-authors of other presentations.

Notification of Acceptance

• Notification of acceptance will be e-mailed to presenters in June, 2019
• All presenters are required to register for the conference by the early registration deadline: August 15, 2019
  • All SEG Student presenters must register by the early registration deadline to receive funding (see requirement, below)
• Only accepted and registered presenters will appear in the SEG 2019 Conference Proceedings
