Yes, we anticipate most workshops and field trips will sell out. For availability, refer to the workshops and field trips pages.
We strongly suggest that you purchase conference dinner tickets when you register for the conference. Final catering numbers are submitted a few weeks before the conference opens. Onsite dinner purchase requests may only be possible if there are cancellations.

If an SEG Student Member receives travel support to attend the SEG 2019 Conference, they may also be eligible for shared accommodations support. Full details will be e-mailed to eligible students in early June, 2019. Students who are not presenting an oral or poster presentation are not eligible for this support.
